Details

The Moffat Valley is one of the popular routes used by military aircraft entering the tactical low flying areas of the Scottish Borders. The spectacular scenery on the twisting, turning route from Selkirk along the A708 road makes this one of the favourite places for fast jet pilots to hone their skills or fly their Swansong sortie.
